Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in selecting fragrances, providing personalised recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage tips.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
- Actively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, maximising upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring shelves and displays are attractive, stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in inventory management tasks including stock counts, receiving deliveries, and replenishing merchandise.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of retail or sales experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong passion for fragrances and willingness to continuously learn about new products.
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy and cash handling competence.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Presentation and grooming standards that reflect a premium brand image.
