Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right IT products, hardware, and accessories based on their specific requirements.
- Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge regarding the latest technology trends, product specifications, and competitive pricing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the shop's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the retail floor is well-presented, with products neatly displayed, organized, and correctly labeled.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure popular products are always available for customers.
- Collaborate with the store manager and team members to achieve monthly sales targets and participate in promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates with a passion for IT are encouraged to apply.
- Strong personal interest in IT gadgets, computer hardware, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays, to meet mall operating hours.
- Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Basic numerical skills and attention to detail when handling cash and digital payments.
