Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
- Provide expert product recommendations and advice on camping equipment, hiking gear, and outdoor apparel.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Uphold store standards by maintaining product displays, organizing shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock items as needed, and report any stock shortages or damages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.
Kualifikasi
- Passion for outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, or trekking is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new products and sales techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
