As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a premium shopping experience while contributing to the store's overall sales goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and offer expert product recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Support the store management team with daily operational tasks and periodic stock takes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Malay and English.
- Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating a cash register.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
