Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales conversion
- Assist customers with product selections, inquiries, and purchase decisions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and display maintenance
- Monitor sales floor presentation to ensure visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
