You will assist customers in selecting frames and lenses, provide fitting advice, and maintain an organized, welcoming store environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear frames and lenses based on their preferences and prescription needs.
- Perform accurate measurements of customers' faces to ensure proper frame fitting.
- Provide expert advice on lens types, coatings, and optical trends.
- Process transactions at the point of sale, including handling cash and electronic payments.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to attract customers.
- Ensure the optical shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with the optometrist team to schedule appointments and manage customer records.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma qualification in Retail, Sales, or related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the optical or fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion and style.
- Valid Malaysian citizenship or employment pass.
