Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, answering their questions and guiding them through product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor displays to ensure a neat and inviting shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise to prevent stockouts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the store manager and team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales area clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational diploma in Retail Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
