Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchase decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, organization, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure optimal product presentation
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly targets and promotional goals
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high service standards
- Participate in product training to maintain current knowledge of offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Basic mathematical proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic office software
