Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, answering detailed inquiries, and offering expert advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively to encourage purchases.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to resolve issues and retain clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales assistance is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with POS systems.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in Malay and English is preferred.
