- Greet and welcome customers warmly, addressing their needs with a professional and positive attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and inviting at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate POS systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
