- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed, tailored recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to attract and retain customers.
- Restock shelves and organize the sales floor to ensure a tidy shopping environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the store area clean, tidy, and safe for shoppers at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude and a high level of customer focus.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
