Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in product selection and provide detailed information on eco-friendly alternatives
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking of sustainable products
- Maintain visually appealing store displays highlighting eco-friendly merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in sustainability training and product knowledge sessions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
