- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Execute daily pet care routines including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring animal welfare
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts
- Assist with visual displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Report operational issues and customer feedback to management promptly

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments
- Attention to detail with organizational skills for store maintenance
- Reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance
