Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in product selection, providing detailed information on LED specifications, energy efficiency, and applications.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash or digital payments.
- Manage showroom operations, ensuring products are well-displayed, organized, and clean at all times.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding product availability and pricing.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM database.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of LED lighting products and smart home technology is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proactive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including email and basic MS Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in sales or lighting is a plus.
