Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by upselling, cross-selling, and meeting performance targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory control including stock replenishment, display maintenance, and stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining positive brand image
- Execute promotional activities and support marketing campaigns in-store
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational degree in business preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency advantageous
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
