- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to buyers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system.
- Assist in organizing product displays to ensure a visually appealing store layout.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and patience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Upsell complementary products and promote current promotions to increase revenue.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent educational qualification is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage but open to enthusiastic fresh graduates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for the latest gadgets and consumer electronics.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
