Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to buyers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system.
  • Assist in organizing product displays to ensure a visually appealing store layout.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and patience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
  • Upsell complementary products and promote current promotions to increase revenue.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage but open to enthusiastic fresh graduates.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for the latest gadgets and consumer electronics.
  • Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
