Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, always striving to uphold our high standards of service. - Greet customers warmly and provide a positive first impression to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about product features and pricing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and display areas.
- Restock merchandise regularly to ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are attractively displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the store manager promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store presentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM (Form 5) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium merchandise.
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
