Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a positive first impression to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about product features and pricing.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and display areas.
  • Restock merchandise regularly to ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are attractively displayed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the store manager promptly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store presentation standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM (Form 5) or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium merchandise.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
