Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their inquiries and product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Organize and maintain store shelves, displays, and merchandise to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Uphold brand standards and store policies at all times.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of merchandise.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
