In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, engaging with clients to help them find the perfect flooring solutions for their residential or commercial projects. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, managing inventory displays, and contributing to the overall sales success of the branch. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and identify their specific flooring needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrate features to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom floor and sample displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college level/graduate in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy for sales tracking and inventory management.
- Passionate about design, home improvement, or construction retail.
