Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and product selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Restock shelves and display products attractively to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash handling duties, including processing payments and performing daily cash reconciliation.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining promotional displays and sales campaigns to drive traffic.
- Keep the checkout area, aisles, and storage spaces clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level is required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn new procedures.
