As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high store standards, managing inventory, and driving sales through excellent product knowledge and service. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain floor cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock checks.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve minor issues or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a sales-driven environment is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to retail operations.
