Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking products and arranging displays.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and handle customer transactions.
- Provide detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the supervisor to ensure product availability.
- Implement promotional campaigns and ensure all price tags are current and accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures at the store level.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is considered an advantage.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform light manual tasks as required by retail operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
