Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable IT products and services.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of various gadgets, including laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the retail outlet is well-maintained, with products organized and displays kept clean and attractive.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets to earn attractive commissions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in regular inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; candidates with a Diploma in any field are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
- A strong passion for technology, gadgets, and IT hardware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
