Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling cash handling procedures with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right IT hardware, software, and accessories tailored to their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise displays are up to standard.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to restock products promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Answer product inquiries and provide technical support to customers regarding our range of IT solutions.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/'O' Level or Diploma in any field is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid SSM registration (registration number) is preferred.
