Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate IT products
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions and handle payments
- Manage product inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are visually appealing
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent store standards
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required for entry-level candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
