Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product information and making recommendations to meet their needs.
- Manage daily cash transactions and handle point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the store manager promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for all visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/STPM holders with previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
