Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers in-store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Process customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach to service.
