Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and inquiries resolution
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale transactions, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays and store cleanliness
- Process inventory-related tasks including stock receiving and stocktakes
- Actively promote Guardian's loyalty programs and special promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with basic numeracy skills
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of health and beauty products is advantageous
