- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and inquiries
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process cash/credit transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and cash handling protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical aptitude and cash handling accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
