Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all customers visiting the ASUS Concept Store
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
- Actively promote and sell ASUS products including laptops, tablets, monitors, and accessories
- Assist customers with product demonstrations, comparisons, and recommendations
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain store appearance, including product displays and merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn about ASUS products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in electronics or IT retail is an advantage
