Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and recommending suitable products from our wide range of electronics.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product promotion, demonstrations, and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves, checking stock levels, and organizing promotional displays.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, promotions, and technical specifications to confidently answer customer questions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from arrival to checkout.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate qualification or equivalent educational background.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards learning about new technology and electronic products.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as per business needs.
