Are you passionate about helping families find the best products for their little ones? Manjaku Baby Mall, the leading one-stop baby product retailer in Malaysia, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team at our Bandar Saujana Putra branch.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our store, ensuring every parent, parent-to-be, and family receives an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers in navigating our wide selection of baby gear, apparel, toys, toiletries, and feeding accessories. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing accurate product information and excellent recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and highly presentable storefront and product display.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately, handling cash, cards, and digital e-wallet payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves efficiently, and report low stock to the supervisor.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, checking, and labeling incoming stock shipments.
- Promote ongoing store campaigns, loyalty sign-ups, and special retail promotions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with store safety, security, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or baby product sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, approachable, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
