Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Provide expert product advice and demonstrations to parents and caregivers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are neatly stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and restocking.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and membership programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is highly preferred.
- Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of baby products or a keen interest in learning.
- Responsible, punctual, and highly self-motivated.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
