Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a high level of customer service and assistance with their optical needs.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses, offering advice on style, fit, and functionality.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the optical display area by organizing shelves, ensuring products are clean and properly displayed.
- Handle inventory management, including stock checks and placing orders for new optical products.
- Process payments and manage cash registers with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Keep the store premises clean, tidy, and welcoming for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field; experience in retail or optical is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculating costs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Willingness to learn about optical products and vision care.
- Valid identity card and willingness to undergo a medical check-up if required.
