Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly labeled according to store standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, aisles, and storage areas.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming inventory shipments.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to highlight promotions and new arrivals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a professional, helpful attitude.
- Perform end-of-day store closing procedures and cash handling tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a strong advantage but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods and performing light lifting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic numerical skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
