- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Efficiently operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with precision
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash reconciliation
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Support inventory management through stock rotation and replenishment
- Uphold store security protocols and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
