Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing expert advice on health and beauty products.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit/debit card, and e-wallet transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment by replenishing shelves and ensuring proper merchandise display.
- Actively promote Guardian products, promotions, and membership programs to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales.
- Assist in receiving and checking in stock deliveries, verifying quantities, and labeling items.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.
- Adhere strictly to cash handling procedures and security protocols to minimize losses.
- Support the store team in achieving daily sales targets and maintaining high operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a Sales Assistant, Cashier, or in the retail industry is an added advantage, but fresh candidates with the right attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Must be a proactive team player who can also work independently when required.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays) at Star Megamall, Sibu.
- A presentable appearance with a cheerful and positive personality.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
