- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming and professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Display merchandise to ensure the store maintains a high-end, visually appealing standard.
- Understand product details, including materials and craftsmanship, to provide accurate style advice.
- Assist in store inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for fashion and a genuine interest in the Coach brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of professionalism and grooming standards.
