Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and maintain professional communication with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate sales documentation and ensure accurate data entry into company CRM systems.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure project deadlines are met consistently.
  • Assist in organizing promotional materials and coordinating logistical support for sales events.
  • Perform general office administrative duties to ensure a seamless operational workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficient in additional languages is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
