Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions, handle cash payments, and manage refunds or exchanges accurately.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, receiving deliveries, and ensuring shelves are well-merchandised and organized.
- Handle cash handling duties, including counting floats, reconciling daily takings, and preparing daily reports for management.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and inviting at all times, adhering to store cleanliness and visual presentation standards.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase the average transaction value and promote store loyalty programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or Diploma in Retail Management is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashier duties, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately and quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically proficiency in operating POS systems.
