As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the Guardian brand, ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and efficient cash handling skills. You will assist customers in finding the right health and beauty products, provide expert advice, and manage daily transactions with accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entry, ensuring a positive first impression of the Guardian brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering product inquiries, offering recommendations, and assisting with product selection.
- Perform cashier duties efficiently, including scanning items, processing payments (cash, credit, and e-wallets), and issuing receipts.
- Handle customer transactions accurately, manage change, and resolve any billing discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards by organizing shelves, restocking products, and ensuring displays are appealing.
- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Upsell products and promote our loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Keep the sales floor and cashier counter clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SMC/SPMV or Diploma/Degree holders are preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
- Customer service oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
