Guardian Health & Beauty is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistant Cum Cashier to join our dynamic team at the Empire Shopping Gallery branch. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring they find the right health and wellness products to meet their needs. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, including operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, processing transactions efficiently, and handling cash handling with precision. Beyond sales, you will assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing sales and refunds accurately.
- Handle cash transactions, balance the till at the end of the shift, and prepare banking.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and maintaining attractive visual merchandising displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company visual standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashier roles is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly with POS systems.
- Attention to detail and high standard of personal grooming.
