In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining operational excellence at the checkout.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront appearance at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and performing routine stock counts.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation.
- Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to achieve branch performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or a customer service role is highly advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in Mathematics for handling cash transactions.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as restocking.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
