You will manage transactions at the point of sale, assist with product inquiries, and maintain our store's high standards of presentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, helping shoppers locate health and beauty products.
- Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory shelving according to company planograms.
- Assist in the receiving, processing, and restocking of incoming inventory shipments.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the store supervisor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a proactive approach.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin are an asset.
- Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, energetic, and customer-oriented personality is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks (stock lifting).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash transactions.
