You will balance your time between providing product recommendations, maintaining store aesthetics, and handling transactions with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable advice on health and beauty items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Restock merchandise shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed and properly priced.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store floor and checkout area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in routine stock counts.
- Promote ongoing store campaigns and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health standards within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin are highly advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling.
- Energetic and capable of standing for extended periods during shift hours.
