Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, including counting money, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise, ensuring products are organized, priced, and visible.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged goods to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe shopping environment in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in promotional activities and store marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier duties is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when necessary.
- A passion for health, beauty, and retail is highly desirable.
