Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organized displays, and perform regular stock replenishment.
- Stay updated on ongoing promotions and health/beauty product knowledge to upsell effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all store safety and operational protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving deliveries.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Physically fit to handle store merchandising and stock tasks.
- Passionate about the health and beauty industry.
- Willingness to travel to the Pekan Nenas branch.
