Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations on health and beauty items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stock count procedures.
- Promote ongoing store promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal product highlights to boost sales.
- Handle customer concerns or feedback professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company safety, security, and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or other local dialects.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Willingness to learn about health and beauty product ranges.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and manage light inventory lifting.
