Guardian Health & Beauty is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Part-time Sales Assistant Cum Cashier to join our dynamic team at Sunshine Mall Ayer Itam. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and expert advice. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, managing point-of-sale transactions efficiently, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked and organized.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service by assisting them in finding the right health and beauty products.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor, shelves, and fitting rooms.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock counts, and checking for expired products.
  • Proactively promote current promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals to drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Adhere to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and hygiene standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level education.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics is essential for accurate cash handling.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and POS equipment.
