Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient cash handling and POS terminal operations.
- Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly priced according to planograms.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy store environment at all times.
- Assist with receiving incoming stock and inventory management tasks.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions to increase customer engagement.
- Support the store manager in daily operational tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, though entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or local dialects.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
